Program Rundown:
7.30pm : YOUR ARRIVAL

8.00pm : Screening of "UNSECURED LOAN II"(*New & Improved - The REAL premiere) - a film by Juliane Block

*If you haven't already watched this, it has 2 killer action fight scenes which Juliane collaborated with the action boys of Low Angle Productions. Even if you have watched it, this version has a complete revised sound and was re-edited after the first screening... so it's basically the REAL premiere!

8:20pm : Screening of "100% YSSAM" - a film by Isabelle Mayor

*Isabelle Mayor is the Swiss editor of the Juliane's and Virginia's feature movie Kinks. We are using WAMM to present her newest short film, which is actually a world premiere!

8.30pm : TEST SCREENING of "KINKS"

*Be the first members of the public to watch Juliane's and Virginia Kennedy's latest indie movie effort.

*Be part of WAMM's 1st ever TEST SCREENING where you get the chance to contribute towards making an actual movie. The movie is still at a raw stage where the sound and colour is not perfect yet. But the story, characters and flow of the movie is all there.

So you have a chance to talk directly to the filmmaker, cast and crew: tell them what you think, "Is the movie amazing?" "What could they do to make it better?" "Is it bad?"

We want to know what you think!

10.00pm – 10.30pm :
Q&A with Director, Producer, Cast & Crew for film screened that night.

Palate Palette proudly presents...
Anything Goes,Anything Shows!

A platform for creative and passionate minds to come together and share visual stories

Are you a film junkie? Whether you like watching or making films, this is your chance to catch a variety of interesting films in the comfort of our upstairs lounge (designated TV room for the night!). Anything from today's pop culture and mushy love stories to arty pieces and documentaries; you name it, we'll show it. Come eat, drink, be merry and... watch films! We'll even provide freshly-popped curry and seaweed popcorn for your munching pleasure. We reckon dinner beforehand at PP would be a good idea :)

This May, Palate Palette lovingly presents not one but TWO free screenings. Cetacean lovers out there won’t want to miss a very special screening of Whaledreamers (11 May) and due to overwhelming response from our first screening earlier in March, a rescreening of The Cove (12 May). Both films are visually stunning, multi-award-winning documentaries that pay tribute to some of the most amazing creatures on Earth.

Come join us! Screenings are free (although donations are welcome)! And so is our popcorn!
